7. Payments & Refunds

Educational Products (Courses, Training, and Digital Materials):
We offer a 14-day refund policy for educational products. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@systemtrader.ai. No questions asked.

Software, Tools, and Subscription Services:

Due to the nature of digital software, proprietary systems, and immediate access to functional tools, all payments for software and subscription-based products are final and non-refundable.

You may not copy, share, reverse engineer, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any software or tools provided. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors:
Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

8. Subscriptions & Cancellation

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the stated interval.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

After cancellation:
– You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
– No further charges will be made
– No partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law
